Every engagement begins with a consultation. You receive a written proposal — including scope, deliverables, price, and timeline — before any payment is requested.

TSA Management Consulting LLC provides custom-scoped consulting services. Pricing depends on the number of processes reviewed, engagement complexity, implementation requirements, team size, requested deliverables, and support period.

How the Pricing Process Works

You receive a written proposal showing scope, deliverables, timeline, total price, payment schedule, and applicable policies.

Agreement and Approval

You review and accept the proposal and engagement agreement. Payment is requested only after your written approval.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered remotely through agreed channels according to the approved scope and timeline.

Important Billing Disclosure

No customer is charged solely for submitting a consultation request. Payment is requested only after the client receives and approves the applicable proposal, price, scope, timeline, and policies. Submitting a consultation request does not authorize any charge to your payment method.

Third-Party Software and Platform Costs

Third-party software subscriptions, licenses, transaction fees, and external vendor charges are billed separately unless expressly included in the written proposal. We will identify any expected third-party costs in your proposal.

All services are delivered remotely. No physical goods are sold or shipped. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated in the written proposal.
